Flareline Fried Chicken

What's needed:

-Vegetable oil
-Frying pan
-One small bowl
-One big bowl
-Cooking utensils
-Knife
-Cutting board
-Paper towel
-Boneless skinless chicken thighs
-Mendokusai special chicken seasoning


Thaw out chicken and cut in to about 2-3 inch slices.

Put chicken seasoning in the small bowl. Mix chicken in seasoning

Fill pan about ¼ inch of vegetable oil and add seasoned covered chicken

Let chicken cook thoroughly on one side. (about 5 mins on mid heat)
Flip
Cook till golden brown

Put paper towel in the big bowl and place chicken inside when finished cooking. (paper towel absorbs excess oil)


Ready to serve and eat.
